Desperados (song)
"Desperados" is a single by the Finnish rock and glam punk band Hanoi Rocks. The single was released in 1981, but neither the A- or B-side were included on an album until a year later. "Desperados" was released on Self Destruction Blues, and "Devil Woman" on Oriental Beat. Both song were written by the bands guitarist Andy McCoy.
The bands lead singer Michael Monroe described the single in the Finnish magazine Suosikki in October, 1981: "Devil Woman is a bad-ass song. These are demo-tapes and it's funny that there even released. If they had been done again, the single could have been released elsewhere too. Now it's only coming out in Finland.".
